My Story
I have been doing this work since long before I had language for it. I learned to read people before I learned to read books. I learned to hold space before I knew what space was. My life unfolded frame by frame — each fire, each tear, each rising shaping the way I understand human transformation. I began working with clients in 1986, but the truth is I started much earlier, at seven years old, when I first realized I could feel what others could not say. My story is not about perfection; it is about presence. It is about learning to rise, again and again, with my whole self.
My Work
For nearly four decades, I have worked with clients through collapse, clarity, and rising. My background blends therapeutic counseling, trauma-informed support, and professional coaching — shaped by thousands of sessions, hundreds of stories, and a lifetime of lived experience. I guide clients through nervous system stabilization, identity inquiry, and integration so their rising becomes sustainable and embodied. My work is not theoretical; it is lived. It is forged in real fires, real lives, and real transformation.

Phoenix Rising Legacy was born from the truth that people don’t need fixing — they need remembering. They need a way to return to themselves without shame, pressure, or performance. After decades of witnessing collapse, clarity, and rising in my clients and in my own life, I knew this work needed a home. A place where transformation could be gentle, sovereign, and real. Phoenix Rising Legacy is that home — a lineage built from fire, truth, and the refusal to abandon yourself.
What I Believe
I believe collapse is not failure — it is truth surfacing. I believe clarity arrives softly when you stop abandoning yourself. I believe rising is steady, sovereign, and deeply personal. I believe integration is where transformation becomes real. I believe every person carries an ember that never goes out.
